## Statement

I called the 911 service in that area because of an event that happened on a boat in the middle of Lake Erie with two assailants on board. The report was taken by Ashtabula city and county and the US Coast Guard. When the police arrived I was I was slammed down face-first on a picnic table arrested and not allowed to speak with the Coast Guard's whom I wanted to speak to about the incident. After I was detained Ashtabula city police took the money out of my wallet and never returned it to me I had $80 in my wallet. I was detained in Huron County shortly afterwards because I had a warrant and did not know why. After my release from Huron County I contacted Ashtabula County and City about the events that took place on the boat in Lake Erie. The police officer that was there was one of them that took my calls and she pretty much just laughed about the event that happened and they did nothing to investigate or take me seriously. I demanded that they send an officer to take my report they never did and my property that people stole from me in Ashtabula County and tried to murder me as well.They admitted to having the 911 calls of the event but did nothing at all.
