Description: On August 8, 2022, Officer Spilletti was given a lawful order by the assigned officer in charge to keep the housing unit on lockdown. Officer Spilletti deliberately disregarded this order and released inmates from their secured cells. Spilletti was again given a lawful order to lock down the housing unit which was also disregarded.
