Sustained Charge: Capt. Dickinson was charged with falsification, failure to provide complete candor, conduct unbecoming an employee and Violation of the State Policy Prohibiting Discrimination in the Workplace ("State Policy") and intentional abuse or misuse of authority when an EEO/AA, policy violations and intentional misuse of authority.  
  
Description: An investigation substantiated allegations of discrimination based on retaliation in violation of the State Policy; specifically, Capt. Dickinson retaliated against another employee by effectuating the employee’s reassignment the day after providing witness testimony in another matter. The investigation also revealed that he did not provide complete candor as required by the State Policy. He failed to perform his duties as a supervisor by providing a fair, inclusive, and respectful working environment free from retaliation and created and/or encouraged a hostile working environment for others.
