Description: Mohamed Nassar was charged with Shoplifting (N.J.S.A. 2C:20‐11b(1) and Conspire to Commit Shoplifting (N.J.S.A. 2C:5‐2a(1), for behavior that occurred while off duty. Probable cause was found that Mohamed Nassar entered a Home Depot on several occasions where he obtained merchandise that he had not purchased.
