Description: Sergeant Charles Kim abandoned his post during a shift where he wasthe only on‐duty patrol supervisor for a personal, non‐emergent matter. Sergeant Kim during the time he abandoned his shift, utilized a department vehicle while doing so, and left his patrol zone and the County of Essex for approximately three (3) hours.
