Description: Officer DiMarco initiated a motor vehicle pursuit that violated numerous Department Policies as well as the NJ Attorney General Guidelines that covers motor vehicle pursuits. Officer DiMarco did not notify central communications he was in a pursuit, the reason for the pursuit, road conditions, direction of travel and speed of the pursuit. Officer DiMarco was previously disciplined for MV pursuit violations.
