Description: On January 4, 2023, Sgt. Gary Borbidge disseminated an internal daily advisory report to the entire police department staff which contained a sexually explicit comment written by him. Sgt. Borbidge's failure to follow established rules and regulations, conduct himself with a high level of ethical standards, disregarding prior guidance, and circulating the document fully supports the sustained charges. Sgt. Borbidge was suspended for 15 days.
