## Official Statement

Sgt. William “Bill” Suttle resigned from YCSO prior to the completion of an internal affairs investigation into allegations that Sgt. Suttle impeded a criminal investigation. The internal affairs investigation found Sgt. Suttle was deceitful and intentionally obstructed a criminal investigation and committed various crimes including: hindering the prosecution of misdemeanor and felony offenses and obstructing a criminal investigation or prosecution.
